While the spotlight has been on the 3G iPhone since the past few weeks, their competitors, namely Samsung have not gone idle. The rumored Omnia cellphone has been officially declared real.The phone is feature-packed and managed to do the next-to-impossible, make Windows Mobile manageable and wait for it..attractive.

It boasts of having a 5 megapixel camera with image-stabilizer and face and smile detection. There's also support for DivX, Xvid, WMV and MP4videos and the by now needed GPS. The screen is no biggie with being a 3.2" LCD, though. Apart from these its got the usual suspects namely, Bluetooth, USB and Wi-Fi.

The present release date for this phone is the fall of this year though it will take a few more months to invade the Indian shores.
