Long back, we'd reported about a touch-screen BlackBerry phone in the making. Now, right after the official announcement of the 3G-enabled BlackBerry Bold, there is some more info about the former. According to the Boy Genius Report, BlackBerry's first touch-screen phone has been codenamed as the BlackBerry 'Thunder'. They say that the phone is expected to be out in the third quarter 2008.Thunder will have four keys at the bottom. The phone is expected to run on CDMA as well as GSM networks. It will support EV-DO for high-speed Internet when on CDMA, and HSPA (3.5G) for GSM. The device also seems to be an exclusive for American carrier Verizon.
