Toshiba was in the news recently regarding there Qosmio gaming laptop. Now they are following that up with the release of there ultra portable laptop called the Portege A605. This new model is based on the Portege R500 and delivers high power computing with sleek and slim design.

It is a 12.1 inch notebook that is just 1.18 inches thin and weighs just 3.3 pounds. One of its impressive feature is its battery life which can last for around 6 hours. Despite its slim design, the laptop has a high configuration. It is powered by Intel Core 2 Duo SU9400 processor and has 3 GB DDR2 RAM. Along with a hard disk of 250 GB, the laptop also comes with a DVD optical drive and has Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500. Other features include WiFi, Fingerprint Scanner, USB ports and Webcam. The laptop comes with Windows Vista 32 bit version.
