Gaming on mobile phones can be a lot of fun, but often, avid gamers feel the need to have a fuller game-controller for a better gaming experience on their mobile phones.

As a solution to providing near-console gameplay on its mobile phones, Sony Ericsson, in collaboration with Zeemote, makers of intelligent wireless controllers for mobile devices, has announced to launch the "Zeemote's JS1 Controller" featuring Bluetooth technology to bring near-console game-play to the W760i, Sony Ericsson's first 3G-capable phone. With a thumbstick and 4 assignable trigger buttons, the JS1 offers real analogue control over Bluetooth, enabling users to enjoy mobile games. Weighing 47g/1.7oz, the ergonomically-designed JS1 easily fits in the hand, says the company.

The Zeemote JS1 Controller featuring Bluetooth technology will be offered free to purchasers of Sony Ericsson's new 3G mobile handset, the W760i Walkman, through a mail-in voucher promotion. The phone will come with 2 embedded Zeemote-ready games with a further 14 additional games available through the Fun & Downloads section on the Sony Ericsson's (NL) website.

Sadly, for mobile gaming fans across the globe, the Zeemote JS1 Controller featuring Bluetooth will be available only in the Netherlands from August 8th 2008 to October 31st 2008.
