Many times there is a printing error when the printer is on network. You can ask your system to notify you if a error occurs if there is a remote printing error. When this setting is enabled the machine will beep (every 10 seconds) when a remote job error occurs on a print server.

Follow the steps to enable this setting :

1. Open registry editor . ( Start >> Run >> type "regedit" >> Hit Enter )
2. Navigate to the following key :
* HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Print
* Value Name: BeepEnabled
3. Change the value to BeepEnabled to 0 = disabled or 1 = enabled.For more details subscribe in the email.
