Integra introduces its first Blu-ray Disc player dubbed as DBS-6.9, featuring 1080p Deep Color and bitstream output of the latest audio codecs.

The DBS-6.9 1080 Blu-ray Disc player packs in a p/24 fps video output, 1080p up-scaling of DVD material, HDMI CEC control, an SD card slot, Deep Color, x.v.Color expanded support, stereo analog-audio output, built-in Dolby Digital and DTS Surround decoders and HDMI 1.3 port. It also supports other formats including CD, Video CD, DVD±R/RW, DivX, WMA, CD-R/RW, JPG and MP3-encoded discs.“We are very pleased to mark Integra’s first entrance into the Blu-ray Disc player category with the DBS-6.9,” stated Keith Haas, Integra’s sales director. “Our dealers have been eagerly anticipating its arrival, and we are very confident it will deliver on what they have been anticipating. The player employs a front-panel SD card slot which takes advantage of the Profile 1.1 Bonus View picture-in-picture capability, thus allows the customers to access interactive content available on many Blu-ray discs. The Integra DBS-6.9 is now shipping at a suggested retail price of $600 (approx Rs. 28,774).
