The tiny player is about get more storage and Apple is celebrating it by slashing the prices of 1GB version. Now the 1GB iPod shuffle costs only $49. The newer 2GB version is priced at $69. There is not much difference, except the storage. I guess now we cannot say iPod shuffle is expensive.
